In September 2020, my wife and I began what would become a year-long search for a house in the Highlands/Cashiers area.  We told Bambi what we were looking for and after several trips to the area were unable to find exactly what we were looking for.  Due to business elsewhere, we were forced to put our search on hold and were not able to resume it until the following Spring.  Over the Winter, Bambi remained in touch with us weekly, offering updates on potential properties that fit our search.  During this time, we were able to develop a relationship with Bambi that offered her deeper insight into what our personal interests were and she always, without hesitation or being asked, responded with additional information about the area that matched those interests.  Despite several modifications in our search criteria, Bambi continued to work patiently and tirelessly to help us.  After several trips to the area in the Summer, we still could not find exactly what we were looking for and informed Bambi that we were considering buying a lot and building ourselves.  With a persistent level of enthusiasm and determination, Bambi located the perfect lot and we closed that Fall.  Throughout the entire search, Bambi exercised a level of professionalism and personal commitment that remains unparalleled in our experience and always treated our search as if it was her own.

Bambi is terrific. For our first meeting, she came to our house extremely well prepared with a lot of work and analysis having been done by her on it, all done before our decision to sign her up. She recommended a listing price much higher than my wife and I expected. We signed a listing agreement, she used professional photography and drone footage to show the house and within 3 days we received multiple offers substantially over list price. She, along with her assistant Melissa had the closing process move forward extremely smoothly with very little required by us. We couldn’t recommend Bambi and her assistant Melissa more highly. They were worth every penny of the commission.

Bambi was awesome! She handled our difficult final negotiation and close processes with intelligence, calmness and professionalism. She made us feel connected to the issues without dragging us into the weeds at every turn. She was incredibly available at all times, and she was capably assisted by her EA Melissa. Bambi Famous Kaine is incredible. She told me to list my home with her company Silver Creek in Cashiers, NC, it was this winter, midwinter, she said, "It will sell, Trust me".  I thought she was wrong, but she was the realtor so we put it on the market right away. I did it all online, and IN 2 DAYS it was SOLD. She is very business-minded, clever, diligent and so hard working, when you list your home with Bambi she is not fooling around. She will sell it!! It was a pleasure working with Bambi even from Montana before really meeting one another. She seemed more affected when we were not able to act on something that she knew we would love due to our inability to be there with the delay in closing on our MT home.
